Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of active equipment under the project entitled: The Inter-University Dydactic and Technological Centre “Technopolis” in Wrocław, co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Infrastructure and Environment programme.
1.1. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 5 to the ToR.
1.2. The detailed scope of performance of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the model contract, which constitutes Annex 4 to the ToR.
2. The execution of the entire subject of the contract must take place up to 2 months after the signature of the contract. The individual time limits for performance of the contract shall be respectively:
(a) In the case of a supply subject to a VAT rate of 23 %, the contract will be performed within 10 working days of the date on which the contracting authority delivers the contract or the partial contract to the supplier.
(b) Supply of equipment subject to a 0 % rate of VAT pursuant to Article 43. 9 and 83 1 point 26 of the VAT Act of 11.3.2004 (consolidated text) Of Laws 2011, No 177, item 1054), subject to the conditions referred to in Article 83(1). 13 and 15 of this Act will be implemented within 10 working days of the date on which the contracting authority delivers the contract or the partial contract confirmed by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education authorising the application of the 0 % VAT rate.
