Description

Предметът на настоящата обществена поръчката е доставка на електрическа енергия от ДПИ за недвижимите имоти на БНБ на основание чл. 95а от Закона за енергетиката (ЗЕ), чл. 68, ал. 1, ал. 2 и ал. 4 и чл. 104 и от Правилата за търговия с електрическа енергия (ПТЕЕ).Обществената поръчка е разделена на обособени позиции, както следва:ОП1: Доставка на електрическа енергия от ДПИ за недвижимите имоти на БНБ на територията на гр. София, гр. Плевен, гр. Самоков, гр. Луковит и с. Радомирци; ОП2: Доставка на електрическа енергия от ДПИ за недвижимите имоти на БНБ на територията на гр. Пловдив, гр. Смолян и гр. Приморско;ОП3: Доставка на електрическа енергия от ДПИ за недвижимите имоти на БНБ на територията на гр. Варна и гр. Трявна.
За прекратяване на доставката по договора се счита датата, от която влиза в сила смяната на доставчика от последна инстанция с друг доставчик и координатор на пазара на електрическа енергия по свободно договорени цени.
