Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract – broken down by lot – is the provision of inland passenger transport services in the form of ferry crossings between the banks of the Vistula in 2018-2019 at the following locations:
1 Lot 1 (one ferry) Cypel Czerniakowski (beach) – Saska Kępa (beach) approx. 511 km of Vistula;
(2) Lot 2 of the contract (one ferry) Bulwar Grzymał Siedlecki (quay) – National Stadium (beach) approx. 512 km of Vistula;
(3) Lot 3 of the contract (one ferry) Fontanny (floating bridge) – ZOO (beach) approx. 515 km of Vistula;
4) Lot 4 (one ferry) Nowodwory (quay) – Łomianki (quay) approx. 526 km of Vistula.
2.The contracting authority shall provide for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 67. 1 point 6 of the PPL Act. The scope of the complementary contracts envisaged for each lot shall not exceed 17 % of the value of the basic contract. The contracting authority shall award supplementary contracts on conditions which shall not be worse than the basic contract.
