Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract involves monitoring the progress and technical inspection of the works carried out under the contract for the modernisation, creation and adaptation of the EGiB, BDOT500 and GESUT digital databases for the purposes of implementing the project ‘e-Geodezja digital geodetic resource in Lubelskie Province’ in so far as concerns Radzyński District – Phase I, which will consist, in particular, of:
(a) modernising the register of land and buildings, creating EGiB databases or improving their quality and up-to-date, bringing these databases into line with the EGiB conceptual data model set out in Annex 1a to the Regulation of the Minister for Regional Development and Construction of 29 March 2001 on land and buildings register;
(b) the creation of an initial GESUT database in line with the conceptual GESUT data model, as defined in the Regulation of the Minister for Administration and Digitalisation of 21 October 2015 on the district GESUT database and the national GESUT database;
(C) the creation of a BDOT500 database in line with the conceptual data model BDOT500, as defined in the Regulation of the Minister for Administration and Digitalisation of 2 November 2015 on the database of topographical objects and the master map;
The scope is assigned to two cadastral units, each forming a separate part of the subject-matter of the contract, i.e.:
(a) Part I – cadastral unit 061502_2 gm. Komarówka Podlaska, for which a detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the Specifications for Substantial Contract Conditions;
(b) part II – cadastral unit 061506_2 gm. Radzyń Podlaski, for which a detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is attached as Annex 1a to the Specifications for Essential Contract Conditions;
The contracting authority does not specify any requirements concerning the employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing the tasks specified by the Contracting Authority in the performance of the contract in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974 (Journal of Laws 2018.108).
