Provision of continuing vocational training for jobseekers In accordance with Article L.6121-1 of the Labour Code, the Region is responsible for regional policy on access to vocational training for young people and adults seeking employment or new vocational guidance. As such, the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region wishes to purchase continuing vocational training services for job seekers. Training activities will be categorised according to their certifying, enabling or preparatory nature. The consultation will be launched in the form of an adapted procedure in accordance with Articles R2123-1-3°, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract will be awarded and concluded in the form of a framework agreement with single or multi-contracted order forms, where appropriate, depending on the lot. The procedure may give rise to negotiation. Each contract will be concluded for one year, which may be renewed tacitly three times, but its total duration may not exceed four years. The framework agreement will cover the definition of a training offer, primarily from the National Directory of Professional Qualifications (RNCP) or the Specific Directory.
