Description

Planung, Berechnung, Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Dokumentation zum Ersatz der Frequenzumformer einschließlich des für die Auftragsabwicklung erforderlichen Materials. Koordination des kompletten Umbau- und Montageablaufes sowie Demontage und Entsorgung ausgewählter Anlagenteile.
Leistungsumfang:
— 130 Stk. Frequenzumformer,
— Anschluss der Primär- und Sekundärtechnik,
— Anbindung an die Direktumrichter- Steuerung bzw. Kraftwerksleittechnik,
— Anschluss an die Erdungsanlage,
— Anpassung der Schaltschränke oder bei Erfordernis Neufertigung, Aufstellung und Anschluss von Schaltschränken.
Weitere technische Erläuterungen:
Im Kraftwerk Schwarze Pumpe ist der Austausch der Frequenzumrichter verschiedener Hersteller gegen Frequenzumrichter wie z. B. des Fabrikates Emotron oder gleichwertig geplant. Die Frequenzumrichter sind Bestandteile der Antriebe von Pumpen, Vakuumbandfiltern, Kohlebändern, Förderschnecken und Räumrädern. Die Frequenzumrichter sind in Schaltschränke eingebaut. Die Schränke befinden sich in Schaltanlagenräumen und zum Teil in der Anlage oder am anzutreibenden Gerät.

Leistung: 0,37 bis 250 kW.
Spannung: 400 und 690 V.
