Sanierung Hauptgebäude Berufsbildende Schule 1, Spillbrunnenweg 1, 21337 Lüneburg
Erweiterte Rohbauarbeiten
Die BBS I in Lüneburg wird saniert und umgebaut. Es handelt sich um ein freistehendes Gebäude in Lüneburg.
Das dreigeschossige Gebäude ist in Massivbauweise mittels Betonfertigteilen und Mauerwerkswänden errichtet.
Geplant ist der Austausch der Fensterfassaden in EG und 1. und 2. OG, und die Erneuerung Decken-, Wand- und Bodenoberflächen, die Entfernung schadstoffhaltiger Bauteile und die partielle Erneuerung von Haustechnik.
Es werden Schulersatzbauten in Form von Containern auf dem Grundstück erstellt.
Die Baumaßnahme wird in 7 Bauabschnitte gegliedert und zeitlich nacheinander im laufenden Schulbetrieb Abgearbeitet.
Lärmintensive Arbeiten dürfen Montag – Freitag erst ab 14.00 Uhr, Samstag und in den Schulferien auch ganztägig stattfinden.
