Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply, together with the installation of the necessary passive network infrastructure, of 834 logical points in the units of the Małopolskie Province Police.
2. The contracting authority provides for a right of option in the procedure in question. The right of options is 199 logical points. This means that the Contracting Authority will certainly purchase 635 points and the remaining 199 items depending on the price of the most advantageous tender.
3. As part of the execution of the contract, the Contractor shall complete the equipment of the cabinets with the necessary paths and panels in sufficient numbers as a result of the number of logical points at the site concerned.
4. The passive infrastructure installation is to be equipped with cables with a length of 3 m, corresponding to the number of sockets PL and corresponding to the number of sockets occupied in the patch panels RJ-45 – 1.5 m long. All ducts are to be category 6.
5. The list of locations where the extension is to be carried out is set out in Table 1 of Annex 1 to the ToR. The column ‘quantity of PL’i contains the amount of nests to be extended.
6. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to the ToR (Description of the subject-matter of the contract – GIP).
7. The contracting authority requires a guarantee for the range delivered in accordance with the provisions set out in Annex 1 to the ToR.
