Description

As part of the metal construction and glazing work, all aluminium exterior doors, fire protection and smoke protection elements as well as the associated glazing must be manufactured and installed. The scope of services includes a total of 9 aluminium exterior door elements, some with side panels and skylights, equipped with thermally insulated and barrier-free zero thresholds, panic fittings, multiple locks and high-quality stainless steel fittings. In addition, 5 internal fire protection and smoke protection elements in fire resistance classes T30 and T30-RS with corresponding fire protection glazing must be carried out. In addition, a letterbox system integrated into the facade surface, aluminium conduction and lintel cladding, magnetic contacts for closure monitoring as well as all connection, sealing and assembly work are part of the performance. The execution also includes the necessary work and execution planning, static proofs, the initial cleaning of all elements after completion as well as the inspection and maintenance of the fire doors during the warranty period.
