Description

Ein Betriebshof der AWB soll verlagert werden. Hierzu sind von der AWB 2 Grundstücke in Köln-Kalk mit einer Gesamtfläche von ca. 35 870 qm erworben worden. Dieses Bauprojekt umfasst folgende Gebäude: Werkstatt, Büro- und Sozialgebäude, Fahrzeughalle, Waschhalle, Winterdiensthalle mit Siloanlage, Pförtnergebäude und sonstige Anlagen. Für das o.g. Projekt sind Projektsteuerungsleistungen zu vergeben. Dies soll auf Grundlage der Leistungs- und honorarordnung Projektmanagement in der Bau-und Immobilienwirtschaft des Ausschusses der Verbände und Kammern der Ingenieure und Architekten für Honorar Ordnung e.V. (AHO), Stand 2014, dort §2 „Leistungsbild Projektsteuerung“ erfolgen. Hierbei sind die jeweiligen Grundleistungen und Teile der besonderen Leistungen in den Projektstufen 1 bis 5 mit den zugehörigen Handlungsbereichen (A bis E) zu erbringen.
