This operation concerns services with a view to awarding contracts for the maintenance of high-visibility clothing for the staff of the North Department, divided into seven (7) lots:
lot 1: cantons of Flanders Inland,
lot 2: cantons of Flanders Maritime,
lot 3: novads of Lille,
lot 4: novads of Douai,
lot 5: the novads of Valenciennes,
lot 6: novads of Cambrai,
lot 7: novads of Avesnes.
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Public Procurement Code, contracts are reserved for adapted undertakings or work support services establishments referred to in Articles L.5213-13, L.5213-18, L.5213-19 and L.5213-22 of the Labour Code and L.344-2 of the Social Action and Families Code, or equivalent structures, where the majority of the workers concerned are disabled persons who, because of the nature or gravity of their impairments, cannot engage in a professional activity under normal conditions.
