Description

This participation agreement is concluded by CDG48 de la Lozère in accordance with the provisions laid down, in particular, in Article 26 of Law No 84-53 of 26.1.1984, as amended by Law No 2007-209 of 19.2.2007, worded as follows: ‘the CDG may, on behalf of the local authorities (CT) and establishments of the department which so request, take out insurance contracts... In that case, the interested TRs and EPs shall be required to reimburse the centres the amount of the insurance premiums for which they are liable.’ The participation agreement thus concluded will take effect on 1.1.2018. In addition, and in accordance with Articles 22 and 25 of Law 84-53 of 26.1.1984, as amended by Law No 2007-209 of 19.2.2007, the CDG48 will carry out all administrative tasks or assist the member CTs or EP in the management of the contract in question. The remuneration for these assignments, as provided for in Article 22 of that law, will be invoiced individually to each TC/EP and will be expressed as% of the annual contribution.
