Description

The subject of the public contract is the negotiation of a Framework Agreement containing framework contractual conditions for the performance of individual partial contracts, the subject of which will be, in particular, the supply of licenses (rights of use) of Elastic software resources, according to the requirements of individual members of the Association of Contracting Authorities in connection with the acquisition of performance under the Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement will be concluded with a maximum of two (2)Participants. Subcontracts will be concluded on the basis of the Framework Agreement in accordance with the conditions specified in Part 3 of the Tender Documentation. The contracting authority will, on the basis of the Framework Agreement, in the manner specified therein, always order performance at the time and in the scope according to its current needs. The contracting authority is not obliged to draw performance from the Framework Agreement. Public contracts will be awarded on the basis of the Framework Agreement in accordance with the conditions laid down in Article 3 ‘Sub-contracts and the procedure for their conclusion’ of the Framework Agreement; public contracts of up to EUR 100 000 excluding VAT may be awarded in the form of a ‘cascade’ or a ‘mini-tenders’.
