Description

Die Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin, das Berlin Institute of Health (BIH) und die Bayer AG planen die Einrichtung dieses Translationszentrums für Zell- und Gentherapien in Berlin (Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies BCGCT). Die Projektleitung obliegt der Charité, vertreten durch den Geschäftsbereich Bau. In dem Zentrum werden Start-ups unterstützt, ihre innovativen Ansätze für Gen- und Zelltherapeutika in die klinische Entwicklung zu bringen. In einem sogenannten Inkubator mit voll ausgestatteten Labor- und Arbeitsflächen sowie einem Produktionsbereich (GMP-Anlage) für die Entwicklung von Therapien bis zur klinischen Phase II sollen Start-Ups die Möglichkeit erhalten die Forschung in diesen Bereichen voranzubringen. Auf Grundlage der Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure (HOAI) oder der Schriftenreihe des Ausschusses der Verbände und Kammern der Ingenieure und Architekten für die Honorarordnung (AHO) vergibt die Baudienststelle der Charité im Auftrag der Gene and Cell Therapies Incubator GmbH vorliegende Projektsteuerungsleistungen. Es bestehen gesonderte Anforderungen nach dem Berliner Ausschreibungs- und Vergabegesetz (BerlAVG), siehe Vergabeunterlagen.
