Description

The City wishes to delegate at the expense and risk of the operator (transfer of a risk related to the operation of the service) the management and operation of the future aquatic center of the City of Colombes in accordance with the rules of the art, in compliance with the regulations, in order to ensure the conservation of the heritage as well as the continuity of the service under the conditions set out in the draft contract, but also the rights and safety of users and third parties. All the tasks entrusted to the concessionaire will be specified in the DCE, which will be given to candidates eligible to submit an initial tender. It should be noted that the City has opted - for the rehabilitation, extension and modernisation of the Olympic swimming pool in order to have a future new aquatic centre - for the conclusion of a global public performance contract (design, construction, technical operation and maintenance) and a service concession. Maintenance, maintenance, but also cleaning and hygiene operations will therefore be shared between the holder of the overall public performance contract and the concessionaire who will be appointed at the end of this consultation, in accordance with the procedures described in the above-mentioned WFD.
