1. The scope of the contract includes the development of an architectural and functional concept and full-sector design documentation along with obtaining all necessary permits and performing authorial supervision for the construction of an office and service complex together with technical facilities and communication system for the operation of facilities 2. The indicated subject of the contract will serve the Contracting Authority to achieve the main goal, which is the implementation of the Investment consisting in the construction of an office and service building with the necessary accompanying infrastructure. 3.
