The subject-matter of the contract is the preparation of an analysis of the legal status of the land-use planning system, covering general and specialised planning that takes into account natural conditions, spatial planning and sustainable development requirements and issues relating to the network of protected areas, infrastructure networks, including road networks, nature conservation plans, landscape conservation plans, school network plans and other necessary social infrastructure, which will include the standards resulting from existing laws and regulations and to determine the effects of existing legislation on land planning and planning, in particular, including provisions which directly or indirectly affect the spatial planning process and land use, with the exception of those resulting from the Act of 27 March 2003 on spatial planning and development (Journal of Laws 2012, item 647, as amended) and the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994 (Journal of Laws 2013, item 1409, as amended).
