Description

Gegenstand dieser Veröffentlichung ist der Abschluss nicht exklusiver Rabattvereinbarungen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V über Arzneimittel mit dem Wirkstoff Fusidinsäure/Betamethason (ATC-Code nach WHO: D07CC01). Der Vertragsabschluss erfolgt im Rahmen eines sog. Open-House-Modells, d. h. ein Vertragsabschluss steht innerhalb des Teilnahmezeitraums allen interessierten pharmazeutischen Unternehmen offen, sofern diese die Teilnahmevoraussetzungen erfüllen und akzeptieren. Dies hat zur Folge, dass individuelle Vertragsverhandlungen nicht geführt werden und eine (Liefer-)Exklusivität nicht gegeben ist. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass die Abnahmemenge unbekannt ist, da diese von der Nachfrage und der Entwicklung der Versichertenzahl, von dem Verordnungsverhalten der Ärzte sowie dem Abgabe- und Bevorratungsverhalten der öffentlichen Apotheken abhängig ist. Mindestabnahmemengen werden demensprechend nicht garantiert. Weitere Informationen entnehmen Sie bitte Punkt II.2.4) der Bekanntmachung.
