Description

The contract includes the design and execution of works for the objective ‘Extension of waste water treatment facilities for the agglomerations Dobrosloveni-Farcasele and Gostavatu-Babiciu-Scarisoara’ in accordance with the requirements of the Tender Specifications, as follows: 1. The Farcasele sewage treatment plant. Currently, Farcasele agglomeration does not have a centralized sewerage system and treatment plant. A wastewater treatment plant will be provided and will be located in Farcasele, Olt County. The treatment plant will be provided with the following facilities: Mechanical stage (homogenization tank with mixing system, pumping station, sieve installations, desanding and grease separator), biological stage, sludge treatment stage (aerobic stabilization, dehydration). The dehydrated Namoul will be discharged or stored in the intermediate warehouse located inside the treatment plant. The equivalent population of the Farcasele wastewater treatment plant is 5 587 L.E. 2. Scarisoara wastewater treatment plant. Currently, Scarisoara agglomeration does not have a centralized sewerage system and treatment plant. A wastewater treatment plant will be provided, located in Scarisoara and the sizing took into account the flows and loads of wastewater from these localities. The treatment plant will be provided with the following facilities: Mechanical stage (homogenization tank with mixing system, pumping station, sieve installations, sanding and grease separator), biological stage, sludge treatment stage. The dehydrated sludge will be chemically stabilised with lime. The dehydrated sludge will be discharged or stored in the intermediate warehouse located inside the treatment plant. Total equivalent population provided for the sizing of the wastewater treatment plant 7 496 L.E. The number of days until which interested economic operators can request clarifications before the deadline for submission of tenders / applications is 19 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications / additional information as follows: - 25 days before the deadline for submission of tenders for clarification requests submitted 34 days before the deadline for submission of tenders; - 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders for clarification requests submitted 19 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
