Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment - ‘USG equipment’. The supply of the apparatus shall also include: services connected with the delivery of goods, i.e. the provision of transport to the place of performance, its unloading at the place of performance, unpacking and disposal of packaging; assembly and installation of the apparatus; the testing and putting into service of the apparatus; the training of the buyer's employees with the operation of the supplied equipment and the provision of a warranty period of at least 36 months for the equipment and probes from the date on which the equipment is put into operation. Part of the seller's obligation is to provide written documents necessary for proper and error-free use of the subject of purchase for the desired purpose, in particular, but not only: Instructions for use/operating device in Slovak or Czech language, warranty certificate as well as other service documentation, certificate or statement of conformity, which contains the registration numbers of the ŠUKL as a document proving that the subject of the contract is competent for the provision of health care, certificate/certificate of professional training of service technician(s) for installation, full authorized service support and maintenance of the offered equipment, issued by the manufacturer of the equipment or an authorized representative of the manufacturer, so that there is a presumption of ensuring professional installation, putting the equipment into permanent operation, testing the functionality and operability of the equipment, professional training of the operator, operation and service of the procured subject of the contract; at the latest upon delivery of the subject of the contract.
