Description

The subject of the order is Delivery of consumables for dialysis. The medical supplies necessary to ensure the work of the Hemodialysis Clinic are described by type and estimated quantity in the Technical Specification, an integral part of the documentation. The contract is divided into 3 (three) lots, two of which are subject to this procedure and the contract will be awarded directly on the basis of Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act. Complexity is required for participation in each of the two lots. Participants shall bid for all nomenclatures included in the lot in which they participate. If a tenderer does not bid for one or more nomenclatures of the lot in which it participates, it will be excluded from the procedure for the specific lot. In the event that a participant bids one or more nomenclatures of the lot in which it participates, but the same do not meet the requirements of the Contracting Authority, it is assumed that the complexity has not been respected and the participant will be excluded from the procedure for the specific lot. The quantities specified in the Technical Specification are estimated and do not bind the Contracting Authority with an obligation to request and purchase them in full. During the performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority has the right to change the quantities specified in the specifications according to its needs, including the refusal to supply certain nomenclatures, as well as to request new types that are not included in the specifications, but are in fulfillment of the subject of the public procurement. "New species" means: in the event of cessation of production and/or import, equivalent to the types of consumables included in the contract specification. The requirements to be met by the consumables are set out in the Technical Specification, an integral part of the procurement documents.
