Description

Framework agreement for the supply of Euro 5 diesel, which will be concluded with several operators, without reopening the competition, respectively with the first three bidders in descending order of the scores obtained, declared winners and on the basis of which the subsequent contracts for the supply of diesel will be signed. In the event that the first tenderer in the ranking, namely the first promisor-supplier, will not be able to respond to the contracting entity's request for the award of a subsequent contract, during the period of validity of the framework agreement, refusing to sign it, the contracting entity will request the signing of the subsequent contract to the promisor-supplier ranked next in the ranking on the basis of which the framework agreements will be concluded. Subsequent contracts will be awarded annually and whenever necessary. The minimum and maximum quantities for the framework agreement and the largest subsequent contract are set out in the annexes to the tender specifications. The validity period is 48 months for the framework agreement and up to 12 months for each subsequent contract, depending on the needs. The maximum value of the largest subsequent contract is: 10,560,000 lei for the maximum quantity of 2,200,000 liters.
