Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the creation and management by the contractors selected in this procedure (also referred to as ‘Financing Partners’) of Specific Funds, under which each of the Financing Partners will implement a Financial Product from which Unit Loans will be granted to Final Recipients on the terms set out in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter also: Operational Agreement or Agreement), which constitute Annex 4 to the SWZ. The parameters of the Individual Loans granted by each contractor are specified in the Financial Product Metric constituting Annex 2 to the Operational Agreement. The task that is the subject of this contract may be provided only in relation to the projects specified in the Financial Product Measure carried out in the Pomeranian Voivodeship by Final Recipients meeting the requirements set out in the Financial Product Measure. In order to implement the subject-matter of the contract, the Contracting Authority divided it into three lots (hereinafter jointly referred to as ‘Parts’ or individually as ‘Part’) corresponding to the value of the financial contributions planned to be made from the Trust Fund to the Specific Funds set up by the contractors. One contractor in this procedure may apply for the execution of a maximum of one Lot, regardless of whether it acts alone or as part of a consortium. The Contractor may submit only one tender indicating the Lot for which he is applying. If a tender is submitted for more than one Lot, the Contractor's tender will be rejected pursuant to Art. 1 point 5 of the PPL – its content is incompatible with the terms of the contract.
