Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services divided into the following lots: Part I: cleaning service in the KRUS Headquarters building at Al. Independence 190 in Warsaw and rented rooms in the building at ul. Rejtana 17 in Warsaw. part II: cleaning service in the KRUS Central Office building at ul. Circular 58 in Żyrardów. 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in Chapter II of the FTZ – Annex 1 to the draft provisions of the contract. 3. Requirements for employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons referred to in Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, performing the activities specified by the Contracting Authority in the scope of contract performance, are specified in the Draft provisions of the contract – Chapter II of the FTZ. 4. For Lot I of the contract: The Contracting Authority requires the Contractors to participate in the on-site inspection in the C/KRUS building at Al. Independence 190 and at ul. Rejtana 17 in Warsaw, where the subject of the contract will be performed. The purpose of the local vision is for the Contractors to become acquainted with the conditions for the performance of the subject of the contract. The date of the on-site visit should be determined by each Contractor individually with the contact persons. The on-site visit may only take place before the deadline for submission of tenders. Persons who come for a local visit are required to have an identity document with them. A record of the on-site visit will be drawn up and signed by the parties, confirming that the on-site visit has been carried out. During the on-site inspection, the Contractor shall assess the facts at his own risk and responsibility. All costs of participation in the on-site visit shall be borne by the Contractor. Failure by the Contractor to participate in the on-site visit shall result in the rejection of his tender pursuant to Art. 1 point 18 of the PPL Act.
