Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa asortymentu wymienionego w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ w podziale na części wymienione w niniejszej SWZ. Szczegółowy wykaz, opis, parametry, zakres i wymagania przedmiotu zamówienia zawarto w formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym - załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Przedmiot zamówienia podzielony jest na 3 części tj.: • Zadanie nr 1: Proteza bezcementowa i cementowana stawu biodrowego, • Zadanie nr 2: Endoproteza cementowa stawu kolanowego, anatomiczna, kłykciowa z możliwością zachowania lub usunięcia więzadeł krzyżowych. Możliwość rozbudowy o oparty na podstawowym systemie system rewizyjny składający się z klinów oraz trzpieni i śrub, • Zadanie nr 3: Endoproteza bezcementowa i cementowana stawu biodrowego dwumobilna.
