Description

The purpose of this procedure is to purchase pharmaceutical products for human use – outpatients 2, with the minimum technical specifications and in the quantities set out in Annex 1 to the Specification. Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the contracting authority – the purchaser sets the deadline within which economic operators may submit requests for clarification, i.e. within which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: 1. The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. 2. Contracting authority - The buyer will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The deadline for replying to the clarifications was set, in accordance with Article 161 of Law No 98/2016, as amended, so that economic operators would have an adequate period of time to analyse the tender documentation and, subsequently, to draw up tenders in the light of the replies provided by the Contracting Authority – Purchaser. Requests for clarifications will be sent in editable format, in SEAP, signed with extended electronic signature. The contracting authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarifications/additional information that have not been addressed within the deadline set out in Section I.3 of the Data Sheet.
