Lock-in infrared thermography system for error analysis of electronic components. Faults on electronic components can often be demonstrated by an uneven distribution of power. This leads to unusual local heating on the component. In order to better locate such defects, a very sensitive lock-in system should be able to analyse electronic components in the range of less μW.
