Description

New sports hall Friedrichsthaler Chaussee 65, Oranienburg OT Friedrichsthal In the coming years, a "school and sports campus" is to be built at the site of the primary school Friedrichsthal. In addition to an already completed primary school, a multifunctional, barrier-free sports hall is planned, which will offer space for up to 400 spectators as a meeting place. The club home of the football club will be integrated and outdoor sports facilities will be built for school and public use. PRINCIPLE: It is the parcel 40 of the corridor 2, district Friedrichsthal with a total size of 29,446m2. In addition to the sports hall, there is a football lawn and training area as well as the newly built school building with break areas and parking space. The topography of the property is flat. The plot is part of the development plan No. 110 and is located in the protection zone IIIB of the water protection area Oranienburg-Sachsenhausen as well as in the landscape protection area "Obere Havelniederung". The building ground report of the adjoining school building is currently valid. Further drilling in the area of the new sports hall building has already been carried out. BUILDINGS: The planned doubt sports hall with the light dimensions (W x L x H) 22m x 45m x 7.50m can be divided into two sports areas with separate entrances by a separation curtain. There are seats for 220 spectators in the grandstand. A two-storey social wing and a one-storey technical and storage wing are grouped around the hall. The building is at ground level and not basement. In addition to the space program of sports halls according to DIN 18032-1, there is a multifunctional room with adjoining rooms that can be used by the community, as well as separately accessible rooms for the football club, including a club room with adjoining rooms, as well as referee and housekeeping rooms. TRAGWERK: The building is constructed in solid construction of reinforced concrete and KS masonry. In the area of the hall, a reinforced concrete skeleton consisting of prefabricated columns and KS masonry trusses is being erected. The stabilization of the social wing and the technical area takes place via horizontal ceiling and vertical wall panels, which go through to the foundation. The stabilization of the hall area is carried out by means of the roof structure and the clamped prefabricated columns in conjunction with partitioning masonry walls in KS. The ceilings of the social wing and the technical area are made of prestressed hollow concrete slabs as prefabricated parts and partially of reinforced concrete. The cantilevered ceiling on the ground floor is designed as a reinforced concrete ribbed ceiling made of prefabricated parts with in-situ concrete addition (Pi ceiling). Installation pipes for ELT are inserted into the trench construction in sub-areas. INSULATIONS: The roof structure of the hall consists of timber trusses in glued laminated timber with a support shell made of steel trapezoidal sheet with acoustic perforation. The thermal insulation of the roof surfaces is made of stone wool, partial surfaces as EPS insulation. The hall roof and the roof of the equipment wing are coated with gravel. The social wing receives an extensively green roof. The hall roof is intended for the installation of a photovoltaic system. FACTS: On the outside, a mineral WDV system is planned, in the area of the building entrances, sub-areas are designed as curtain walls. AUSBAU: Non-supporting walls are made of KS masonry and drywall. The walls are provided with lime cement plaster. In all rooms - except warehouses and technical rooms, GK curtain ceilings are provided - in parts with acoustic perforations. The following materials are used in the expansion: - Walls: Interior plaster with paint or wall tiles - floor: Floating (heating) screed with rubber covering, industrial parquet, PUR coating or tiles - impact wall Sports hall: Acoustic slats, multiplex - doors: Steel frame frames with HPL-coated door leaves made of wood-based material, as well as steel tubular frame doors - Windows: plastic profiles in the social wing; otherwise steel profiles with venetian blinds. - Post-beam facades (hall): Steel profiles, partly with venetian blinds Electrical installation A complete electrical installation of the building is carried out, including a sound system, data network, general lighting systems in LED design and a safety lighting system with central battery system. The main entrances are equipped with a video intercom. In addition, call systems for handicapped-accessible sanitary areas, a sound system, a fire alarm system of the cat. 1 as well as an intrusion detection system installed. A PV system is to be installed on the sports hall roof. HEATING: For the heat supply of the building, 2 air heat pumps are provided on the roof via technical room III. The air heat pumps are used for heating the rooms of the two-storey Sozilaltrakt as well as for water heating. To support space heating and water heating, solar thermal energy is installed on the roof of the sports hall. The hall area is heated exclusively by the ventilation system RLT 01. For the water heating of the shower areas, 8 fresh water stations are provided. The rooms of the social wing are heated by underfloor heating. SANITARY: Drainage is carried out via collection pipes made of hot water-resistant PP pipes with aeration/venting. The drinking water supply within the building is carried out with metal composite pipe. VENTILATION: The ventilation unit with heat recovery of the sports hall and grandstand is installed on the roof. A construction road about 100 m long leads from the main road to the sports hall building planned in the rear part of the property, where there is space for manoeuvring the construction site vehicles. The construction work takes place during the ongoing school operation. The safety of children and teachers must be ensured at all times!
