Description

Basic refurbishment of the Planet Ring indoor pool: The existing building has three above-ground floors. The main entrance is on the northern side of Herouville St Clair Square. In the inventory there are several uses - an indoor pool, a restaurant, a youth center, seminar rooms with sanitary facilities and a caretaker's apartment. The restaurant will be closed at the start of construction and the associated premises will be re-planned as part of the indoor pool. The premises of the Youth Centre (EG, axis 9-15), the seminar rooms (1. Upper floor, axis R-T'/12-15) and the caretaker's apartment (2nd floor). OG, axle P-T'/13-15) remain unchanged and are not part of the conversion. The bowling alley (EG, axis 8-9) and the sauna (1. OG, axle B-P/10-15) are taken out of service and their interiors are dismantled. The bowling alley is assigned to the youth centre, but remains unused after dismantling. In the course of this measure, the construction of outdoor facilities, pedestal with stairway is advertised.
