Description

The subject of the order is: Delivery by purchasing electrical materials and parts for the needs of TECHNICAL COLLECTION - SOFIA. The materials supplied must be: new and unused, to be produced from quality materials, ensuring normal and trouble-free operation. The contract shall enter into force from the date of its registration in the registry system of the Contracting Authority. The deadline for the delivery of the items under the subject of the order is up to 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of registration of the contract in the Registry of the Assignor. Acceptance of delivery is certified by the signing of a bilateral handover protocol. The minimum warranty period is specified in the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority. The warranty period for the respective item starts from the date of signing without remarks a bilateral protocol certifying its delivery.
