Framework agreement for bicycle services for HJH. Kolumbus would like to enter into a framework agreement to cover the need for bicycle service in our HJH commitment. The bicycle service shall be able to be carried out both externally and in-house at the Tenderer, as well as include parts that naturally belong to the service.
