Description

The City of Cologne plans to extend the Barbara von Sell Professional College and the Edith-Stein Realschule. The existing school site at Niehler Kirchweg is to be extended to this end. The two schools are located in immediate proximity. It is also envisaged to share the mensa (new building).
The following measures are planned:
— General repair of the Edith-Stein Realschule and inventory,
— Extension of the Edith-Stein Realschule (including new construction of Mensa) as a passive house,
— Construction of a new extension of Barbara-von-Sell Professional College as a passive house,
— New construction of a 3 field sports hall,
— 50 parking spaces (depending on design as parking space, parking deck or similar (optional)),
— For information: Planning and implementation of the outsourcing of the Edith-Stein Real School – not part of this call for tender duration in months: 22 up to and including performance phase 6.
