Description

la présente consultation a pour objet la sélection, par la Ville de Pessac, pouvoir adjudicateur, l'opérateur économique ou le groupement d'opérateurs économiques qui sera chargé d'assurer l'exécution du marché portant sur la conception, la réalisation et l'exploitation technique et la maintenance pour la réhabilitation, l'extension du groupe scolaire et l'aménagement d'une crèche sur le site Georges Leygues à Pessac.
L'Opération consiste en la réhabilitation - extension de l'établissement afin d'offrir :
- un groupe scolaire avec maternelle, élémentaire et pôle mutualisé (restauration scolaire,
alsh / périscolaire, locaux des agents, locaux mutualisés à l'échelle du groupe scolaire et du quartier)
- une crèche de 28 places (à aménager dans l'actuel bâtiment alsh + extension).
