Lift-maintenance services. Lifts. Hoists. Stairlifts. Parts of lift, skip hoists or escalators. Bath lifts. Goods lifts. Mechanical lifts. Lift installation work. This contract is for lift maintenance and responsive repairs for passenger and mobility lifts installed within properties managed by Brent Housing Partnership (BHP) owned by Brent Council and BHP and in corporate buildings owned by Brent Council. Services will include planned preventative maintenance, emergency call outs, responsive repair works (24/7), alterations and minor works and some installations.
