Description

The subject of this framework agreement concerns the provision of cleaning services for premises, interior and exterior glassware, as well as areas difficult to access, supply and installation of consumables. This single "composite" framework agreement lays down all the conditions for performance of the services. The Framework Agreement shall be concluded for an initial period from 01/01/2026 or from the date of notification if later than 31/12/2026. The Framework Agreement shall be tacitly renewed until its conclusion. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 1 year. The maximum duration of the contract, for all periods, is 4 years. It corresponds partly to an ordinary contract and partly to a framework agreement with maximum order forms. The ‘ordinary contract’ part, which is a flat-rate contract, concerns the following services: Regular cleaning of premises, interior and exterior windows and hard-to-reach areas with supplies and installation of consumables, remunerated in the form of a monthly fee. The unitary ‘framework agreement with order forms’, with an annual maximum of EUR 60 000 excluding VAT, concerns the following services: One-off cleaning services for premises, interior and exterior windows carried out as and when needs arise by issuing purchase orders.
