The subject-matter of the contract is the successive supply of new, complete spare parts for vehicles according to the needs of factory: Toyota Rav 4, Nissan Navara, Nissan Pathfinder, Isusu Dmax, Subaru Forester, Mitshubishi L200.
The spare parts that are the subject of the contract must be supplied as a factory new and complete, original or of comparable quality and comply with Commission Regulation (EU) No 461/2010 of 27 May 2010 on the application of Article 101. 3 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to categories of vertical agreements and concerted practices in the motor vehicle sector.
