Description

The subject of the call for tenders was community housing services for the elderly in the South Karelia wellbeing services county. The contract period is 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2026. There is no option to extend the contract period. Collaborative housing refers to housing organised by a wellbeing services county in an accessible and safe housing unit where the person has an apartment that meets his or her needs and where the residents have access to activities that promote social interaction (Social Welfare Act 1301/2014, section 21b).
