Description

For the ongoing maintenance of the existing meter park in the areas of DIN Forsynings A/S in the municipalities of Varde and Esbjerg, DIN Forsyning A/S intends to make purchases (via a framework agreement) of billing meters from our existing supplier Kamstrup A/S, without holding a prior call for tenders. This is based on Article 50(c) of the Utilities Directive. According to a market analysis, settlement meters from the existing supplier are the only settlement meter manufacturer that can communicate with the existing repatriation system (LinkIQ) at DIN Forsyning A/S, unless significant changes are made to the existing IT platform.
