Het doel van onderhavige aanbesteding is om te komen tot een raamovereenkomst met één Opdrachtnemer, die in opdracht van de ZonMw de volgende dienstverlening verleend: • Het op de locatie van ZonMw leveren van End User Devices (EUD) laptops, tablets en smartphones en bijbehorende accessoires; • Het verzorgen van de voorbereiding van laptops en mobiele telefoons voor uitlevering; • Het afhandelen van defecten en garantieclaims en het in uitzonderlijke gevallen terugnemen van artikelen.
