Description

The object of the VZ is the acquisition and protection of 300 tonnes of processed cheeses (hereinafter also referred to as ‘cheeses’). As part of the State material reserves (hereinafter also referred to as ‘HR’), the cheeses will be the property of the Czech Republic. The Administration, as the contracting authority in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., on the competence of the Administration of State Material Reserves, as amended, ensures the state's defence and defence, elimination of the consequences of crisis situations and protection of vital economic interests of the state. The subject of the VZ is divided according to the ust. Section 35 of the Act on 6 separate parts, namely: 1st part of the VZ: Supply and protection of 50 tonnes of processed cheese. 2nd part of the VZ: Supply and protection of 50 tonnes of processed cheese. 3rd part of the VZ: Supply and protection of 50 tonnes of processed cheese. 4th part of the VZ: Supply and protection of 50 tonnes of processed cheese. 5th part of the VZ: Supply and protection of 50 tonnes of processed cheese. 6th part of the VZ: Supply and protection of 50 tonnes of processed cheese. The terms of delivery and protection are set out in detail in the attached binding proposals ‘Purchase Contracts’ and ‘Protection Contracts’ and are identical for all parts of the PPAs.
