Description

Gamle Bergen plans to construct a new public building connected to the museum. A sketch project is available. The infrastructure in the area shall be developed in connection with the construction project and this will also be a part of the project manager's assignment.
An experienced project manager is wanted for the project. The project manager shall manage the project on behalf of the builder and ensure that it is carried out in accordance with the current requirements, laws and regulations. The project manager will report to the project's management group.
The project manager shall have experience with managing equivalent construction processes with an emphasis on arts buildings of equivalent sizes, technical systems and universal design. The project manager must also have knowledge of public procurements, SHA, planning regulations and organisation with different public departments.
