Description

Planungsleistungen (LP 4 bis LP 8) für folgendes Vorhaben zu vergeben:
Auf dem Grundstück Ziegelstraße 2 in Meißen, Flurstücke 35 / 44; 35 / 47 befinden sich die DRK Werkstätten Meißen. Nordöstlich befindet sich das Flurstück 35 / 49, welches für die Errichtung eines Förder- und Betreuungsbereiches mit 24 Plätzen erworben wurde.
Das Flurstück befindet sich im Geltungsbereich des Bebauungsplanes „Gewerbe- und Industriegebiet Meißen Ost – 1.Abschnitt“.
Im Rahmen der Vorgaben des B-Plans und der Aufgabenstellung des Auftraggebers, unter Beachtung der Planungsempfehlungen für Einrichtungen, Dienste und Angebote für Menschen mit Behinderungen im Freistaat Sachsen (Punkt 5.5 Förder- und Betreuungsbereich) wurde ein Entwurf erstellt, der nun verwirklicht werden soll.
