Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie operatów szacunkowych, określających wartości nieruchomości z zasobu AMW, na terenie województwa małopolskiego, śląskiego, łódzkiego i świętokrzyskiego, w tym:
16 operatów dotyczących nieruchomości gruntowych położonych w miejscowościach: Kraków, Tarnowskie Góry, Libiąż, Lubochnia, Miłkowa, Polanowice, Ratajów;
18 operatów dotyczących nieruchomości lokalowych położonych w miejscowościach: Brzesko oraz na terenie województwa małopolskiego, śląskiego i świętokrzyskiego;
6 operatów dotyczących służebności nieruchomości położonych w miejscowościach: Mierzęcice, Wysiadłów, Kraków.
