F-Rouen: event services
In order to support the implementation of those objectives, the programme communication implemented by the programme’s Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) aims at promoting the programme across the whole of the eligible and adjacent area (strategic objectives, European funding possibilities, actions carried out, etc.).
In that context, it is essential to organise public events of a type to make the programme better known by the targets identified: the general public, beneficiaries, potential beneficiaries, elected officials, institutional bodies, and relay bodies. Accordingly, the programme’s communication plan includes a main annual event, initiated by the programme’s Managing Authority in collaboration with the programme’s institutional partners, made up of representatives of local authorities from the whole eligible area of the programme.
Moreover, organising such an event is made compulsory by article 7 of Regulation (EC) 1828/2006, which provides for at least one large information action per year.
The purpose of this contract is the organisation of the programme’s 2012 annual event, organised by the JTS in conjunction with the partners of the CAMIS project.
