Description

The object of the sectoral procurement procedure is the purchase of products of ‘gas-stop safety devices’, products that are used in the execution of polyethylene connections, their role being to protect, by blocking, the leakage of gases into the atmosphere, in the event of accidental damage to the connection pipe, by total or partial rupture of the polyethylene pipe. The product must comply with the technical requirements and tests according to DIN 30652-2 Excess valves for fittings. Clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation will be sent 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, and the response of the contracting entity to these requests will be sent on the 11th day before the deadline set for submission of tenders in accordance with Article 173 of Law 99/ 2016.
