The subject of the public contracts awarded on the basis of the Framework Agreement is the Supplier's obligation, at its own expense and risk for the Client under the conditions specified in the RD and in the Partial Contracts, to ensure for the Client on the basis of the Partial Contracts the required amount of hours of relevant performance, consisting in carrying out, in particular, the activities specified below: -painting work on nuclear power plant technology, such as, but not limited to: -- protective coatings of pipes, valves, pumps and motors against corrosion, temperature influences and chemicals -- protective coatings of fans, coolers and other equipment -- protective coatings of electrical wiring, cable routes and cabinets -- protective coatings for tanks and tanks of fuels, water and chemicals - coatings of technological surfaces and protective envelopes of technology, such as, but not limited to: -- protective, special and chemically resistant coating of walls, floors and ceilings and roofs/roof structures in technological halls and other areas of the nuclear power plant -- coating and maintenance of facades of buildings and technological objects -- maintenance and coating of exhaust system chimneys and cooling towers - coating of structures, ladders and platforms of the nuclear power plant, as in particular not exclusively: --protective and fire protection coatings and spraying on load-bearing structures, platforms and stairways --protective coatings and maintenance of access ladders, platforms and other access routes --coating of concrete structures which are part of the technology -work associated with cleaning, treatment and finishing of surfaces and protection of technology, technological surfaces and structures, such as, in particular, not exclusively --sealing, grinding, coating, removal of old layers of paint by mechanical or chemical means of carrying out work at height and above free depth using personal fall protection equipment and carrying out work at height and above free depth using climbing techniques, such as, in particular, not exclusively --painting, painting and other, maintenance of logical units of a nuclear power plant related to small-scale construction, small-scale mechanical and small-scale electrical works and activities which, when carried out, require, in particular, strict safety measures and the provision of proper equipment (use of special protective equipment that minimises the risk of accidents and ensure the safety of all workers) and training of workers. These activities include, inter alia, not exclusively: -- minor assembly and dismantling works, assembly and dismantling of auxiliary structures -- surface preparation, renovation, coating and other masonry works, -- height work in the framework of machine maintenance and repair of technology, technological surfaces and structures, -- height work in the framework of electrical equipment and work on masts, -- other, with the maintenance of logical units of the nuclear power plant related works and activities, carried out at height and above free depth, using personal protective equipment against falling and/or using climbing techniques These are works exposing a natural person to an increased risk to life or health according to NV 591/2006 Coll., on more detailed minimum requirements for health and safety at work on construction sites, as amended, carried out in the special regime NV 362/2005 Coll., on more detailed requirements for health and safety at work at workplaces with the risk of falling from height or to depth, as amended, which the Contractor is unable to provide by its own workers (hereinafter also referred to as "work at heights").
