Description

For the purchase of ICT hardware, including associated services, the Client wishes to conclude a separate contract per organization with one (1) supplier.The aim is to provide the Client with the necessary ICT hardware, including associated services, based on current needs, during the term of the framework agreement via one supplier. The Client wishes to contract a contractor that is brand-independent and capable of a wide range of ICT hardware, peripherals and supplies (hereinafter collectively referred to as: ‘ICT hardware’). The Client considers it important that it can ‘choose’ its ICT hardware itself on the basis of the requirements laid down in this invitation to tender. This means that the contractor offers several ICT hardware products according to the set functionalities and requirements and that the Client then makes a choice in the ICT hardware product to be purchased. Indicative numbers are given in Section 2.1.2 of the Tender Document and the Tender Note.
