Description

West Lothian Council, the Council, require to establish a framework agreement to appoint a suitably experienced service provider for removal and storage related services for clients of the Council.
The duration of the framework agreement will be four (4) years. The framework will run for 3 years originally, with the option to extend for a further 12 months in total.
The objectives of the contract are to provide a service which is flexible, customer focused and provides excellent communication links between the parties involved.
