Description

Deze aanbesteding heeft betrekking op het uitvoeren van diensten op het gebied van HR-adviesdiensten voor alle bedrijfsonderdelen van SBB. Onder HR-adviesdiensten verstaat zij o.a. adviesdiensten op het gebied van HR-strategieën, werknemersvergoedingen, arbeidsvoorwaarden, organisatieveranderingen, rol- en taakverduidelijking, organisatie inrichting, efficiënter en effectiever werken en cultuurverandering en leiderschapsontwikkeling. Op basis van de huidige spend en de invloed van de toekomstige ontwikkelingen zijn de uitgaven die gepaard gaan met HR-adviesdiensten naar schatting €350.000,- per jaar (excl. btw). De geschatte totale waarde voor de gehele looptijd bedraagt derhalve €1.400.000,-. In lijn met het ASST-arrest van het Europees hof van 19 december 2018 (C-216/17, ECLI:EU:C:2018:1034) is de maximale waarde van de Opdracht gesteld op €2.100.000,- (excl. btw).
