Description

The chemical plant (waste characterisation chemistry) is responsible for carrying out the studies of the production process of the 870 L Vrac Sources subsequently referred to as 870-VS.
On the basis of the summary pre-project studies (SPAs) and before detailed projects (DPAs); the contractor shall carry out a testing platform for the conditioning of waste from used sources in 870L packages in the nuclear base facility (INB) in order to have the following functionalities:
— reception of source containers,
— temporary storage of source containers,
— constitution of packages 870-VS,
— blocking of 870-VS packages,
— storage of packages 870-VS,
— dispatch of packages 870-VS.
